What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Steadfast Escondido Epoxy Floors collects when you visit our website, call us or ask for an estimate, and what we do with it. We're a flooring contractor in Escondido, CA, and we work on garage floors, epoxy and polished concrete, pool decks and other concrete surfaces for homes and businesses in Escondido and the cities around it.
It applies to every page of our site, starting with the home page, and to information you send us through our contact form, by phone or by email. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

Information you give us
Most of what we collect is what you choose to send us when you ask for a quote. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the floor or project, along with any photos you attach.
Our contact form is hosted by an outside form service, so what you type into it passes through that service before it reaches us. If you call us at (442) 999-8619 or email us instead, we keep the details you share so we can follow up on your job.
We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details on this website.
Information collected through analytics and cookies

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work and keep the business and tax records the law expects us to keep. If you asked for a quote and never booked, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, then delete them.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and is removed on the schedule of the analytics service we use.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll do that.
Because we're in California, state privacy law may give you more rights over your information, such as the right to know what's collected and to have it deleted. We'll honor those requests where they apply, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
To protect you, we may ask you to confirm who you are before we hand over or change any records.
Security and children's privacy
We use reasonable steps to keep your information safe, but no website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send anything through the form you'd want kept strictly private.
Our site is meant for adults planning flooring work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and the new version applies from then on.
